What's next

1. You'll shortly receive information on availability and a quote (you might need to check your spam folder)
2. You'll send the audio files
3. Sarah will personally transcribe the audio and proofread, doing the required research to ensure accurate terminology is used
4. Sarah will send you the completed transcript and an invoice for payment by bank transfer
5. The transcript and audio files will be deleted on confirmation of receipt or 28 days, whichever is earlier
